Beyond gardening, I’m also a photographer, and my garden is often the inspiration behind my work. This year, I’m excited to be creating a 2026 Iris Calendar featuring studio images of irises grown in my garden. As a studio photographer, I use a technique called light painting to capture each bloom in a unique and artistic way.
